What can i say. Tim Bonnefin has sold 2 of our properties in 5 years. Trish is easily the best property manager I have ever encountered in my 30 years of owning property and working as a real estate agent. Trish managed my rental properties in Ulverstone for a decade and consistently went ‘above and beyond’ to make sure the units were well tenanted, to solve any problems that cropped up and to keep me informed of what was going on.
