For the last 6 years, we have had the enormous pleasure of working with B&H Real Estate, Cassandra has been the main contact on the administration of contracts in the sale of some 25 blocks of land and it gives us great pleasure to offer this testimonial. We chose to use B&H for three reasons. 1. they were a new business, and even though not in our immediate area, still interested in our property 2. the lower commission compared to other agents. Tim explained that to sell land the agent really didn’t do that much and that as we knew the land the best, we were able to field enquiries ourselves. 3. they were genuinely interested in what we were doing. Cassandra has always provided totally professional service. She is courteous, helpful and extremely prompt in attending to the administrative aspects of each contract. The contracts are always spot on and Cass seems genuinely pleased for us as each sale completes. She stays well informed on where we are up to, and when we have asked for documents a second time, she is only too happy to oblige, and adds a smiling emoji ?. When we are unable to contact Tim, Cass always tries to assist, and we can depend on her to pass on our messages. Nothing seems too much trouble for her. What can i say. Tim Bonnefin has sold 2 of our properties in 5 years. Both times they sold within a couple of months of listing and for a price that we were more than happy to settle on. his company are the best on the Central Coast, its not about their fees even though they are considerably lower than other agents.
